Last night Nick had drinks waiting for all of us after work. He had confirmed his teaching position at Shadle High for the coming year and was ready to celebrate! (we were holding our breath because the teacher at home with triplets had not decided until yesterday at noon if she would return).
I confess I have not been adventurous (or even inquisitive) about beverage recipes--but--wow! that is a mistake. This cocktail was so wonderful that it is worthy of a special occasion. If you want to spice up a summer get-together, this is a must do! I am attaching one recipe for "Dark & Stormy" but there are several versions out there. Thanks Nick and Congrats!
